Effectiveness of Graded Care Based on Concise Injury Grading Criteria and Trauma Severity Score in Emergency Trauma Fracture Patients
Objective:To investigate the effect of graded care based on the abbreviated injury classification criteria and trauma severity(AIS-ISS)score in emergency trauma fracture patients, and to provide a basis for clinical care.Methods:100 cases of trauma fracture patients admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into the control group and the experimental group using the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The patients in the control group adopted emergency routine care, and the patients in the experimental group implemented graded care based on the AIS-ISS score on the basis of emergency routine care. The rescue effect, nursing service quality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results:The time for assessing the injury, the time for admission and examination, the time for effective treatment, and the hospitalization time of the patients in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the success rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group The rate of complications was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.205,7.815,10.289,10.978;χ2=7.527,5.005,P<0.05).The scores of all dimensions in the evaluation scale of the quality of perceived nursing service of patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.941,6.661,6.836,8.971,P<0.05).The scores of all dimensions and total scores in the nursing care satisfaction scale of patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.350,12.034,9.176,7.509,16.005,P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of graded care for emergency trauma fracture patients based on the AIS-ISS score can improve the quality of nursing services, shorten the time of patient rescue, increase the success rate of rescue, improve the clinical outcomes of patients, and then enhance the satisfaction of nursing care.
