Progress in the Study of Nontraditional Risk Factors for Early-onset Coronary Heart Disease
Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD)is a common clinical disease with high morbidity and mortality rate, and is now showing a trend of rejuvenation.Clinically, coronary artery disease with the age of onset≤55 years for men and≤65 years for women is defined as Premature coronary artery diease, which is characterized by rapid onset, easy progression, and high mortality rate.Research on the risk factors of early-onset coronary heart disease can help in its diagnosis and treatment. At present, the research on the risk factors of early-onset coronary heart disease mainly focuses on the traditional risk factors, while the research on some non-traditional risk factors is relatively small. The study of non-traditional risk factors for early-onset coronary artery disease will provide basis and reference for clinical diagnosis, prediction and treatment of early-onset coronary artery disease.
