Study on the Effect of Electromyographic Biofeedback Therapy and Vinegar Ice Stimulation on Swallowing Function in Patients with Dysphagia of Cerebral Infarction
Objective:To investigate the effect of adopting electromyographic biofeedback therapy with vinegar ice stimulation on swallowing function in patients with cerebral infarction dysphagia.Methods:58 cases of cerebral infarction swallowing patients admitted to the hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into the conventional group and the experimental group according to the method of random number table, with 29 cases in each group. The conventional group was treated with conventional swallowing training, and the experimental group was treated with myoelectric biofeedback therapy and vinegar ice stimulation. The swallowing function grading,FOIS score,SSA score and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results:The number of cases of grade 1 and 2 in the experimental group of Puddle Field Drinking Water Experiment were more than that of the conventional group, and the number of cases of grade 3,4 and 5 in the experimental group were less than that of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=0.095,0.496,0.698,0.988,1.072;P<0.05).After treatment, the FOIS scores of patients in both groups were higher than before treatment, and the FOIS scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.439,P<0.05).After treatment, the SSA scores of patients in both groups were lower than before treatment, and the SSA scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.735,P<0.05).After treatment, all the scores of quality of life of patients in both groups were higher than those before treatment, and the experimental group was higher than the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.019,3.390,5.366,7.634,2.616,6.371,0.902,3.224,5.999,3.304;P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of electromyographic biofeedback therapy and vinegar ice stimulation on patients with dysphagia in cerebral infarction is remarkable, which can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients, improve their swallowing function, and have good prognostic value.
