Value of Aluminum Phosphate Gel Combined with Omeprazole Triple Therapy in the Clinical Treatment of Pediatric Peptic Ulcer
Objective:To investigate the value of aluminum phosphate gel combined with omeprazole triple therapy in the clinical treatment of pediatric peptic ulcer.Methods:86 cases of pediatric peptic ulcer children admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into the study group and the conventional group by random number table method, with 43 cases in each group.Children in the conventional group were treated with omeprazole triple therapy, and children in the study group were treated with aluminum phosphate gel combined with omeprazole triple therapy. The clinical efficacy, gastrin(GAS),serum procalcitonin(PCT)and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment. Results:The difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups of children is statistically significant(x2=5.460,P<0.05).After treatment, the serum PCT and GAS levels of the children in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the serum PCT and GAS levels of the children in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.031,10.296;P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups of children, one case each of dizziness and nausea in the study group and two cases each of dizziness and nausea in the conventional group. The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(x2=0.717,P>0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of pediatric peptic ulcer,by using aluminum phosphate gel combined with omeprazole triple therapy,it can effectively improve the therapeutic efficacy, reduce serum PCT and GAS levels, and has good safety.
