Effect of Cluster Nursing on Prevention and Treatment of Postoperative Thrombosis of Lower Limbs and Allevia-tion of Negative Emotion in Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage
Objective:To investigate the application effect of intensive care in preventing lower extremity deep vein embolism and alleviating negative emotions in postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage,and to provide a basis for clinical care.Methods:118 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients admitted to the hospital from November 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and experimental group according to the order of admission,with 59 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing,and the experimental group implemented intensive nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing.The incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis,psychological state[Self-rated Axiety Scale(SAS),Self-rated Depression Scale(SDS)],D-dimer level and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.867,P＜0.05).After the intervention,the SAS score and SDS score of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.985,5.012,P＜0.05).After the intervention,the D-dimer level of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.586,P＜0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=8.768,P＜0.05).Conclusion:Implementation of intensive nursing intervention for postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage prevents patients'lower extremity deep vein thrombosis,improves patients'negative emotions,reduces D-dimer concentration,and improves patients'satisfaction with care.
