Application of Risk-based Intervention Program in the Care of Ovarian Cancer Patients with Gynecological Care Quality Evaluation Indicators
Objective:To explore the value of risk-based intervention program of gynecological nursing quality evaluation index in the nursing process of ovarian cancer patients.Methods:50 cases of ovarian cancer patients admitted to the hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects. The relevant quality sensitivity indicators of patients in the nursing process were retrospectively analyzed, and a professional team was established to address the existing deficiencies. The main purpose was to improve the quality assessment situation and to continuously improve the quality of care by establishing a nursing assessment and a risk prevention management system in the nursing process. Results:The incidence of falls, pressure ulcers, and various sensitive indicators of DVT in patients of the intervention was lower than that of the routine group, and the compliance rate of pain assessment was higher than that of the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.082,8.333,3.030,56.410;P<0.05).Patients of the intervention group had lower HAMA,HAMD fatigue, and fatigue symptom scores than the routine group, and higher nursing satisfaction scores than the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant(t= 8.411,8.265,11.209,9.668;P<0.05).Post-intervention patients'quality of life scores were higher than pre-intervention,and the incidence of adverse nursing events was lower than pre-intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(x2= 9.524,P<0.05).Conclusion:The construction of a risk-based intervention program for evaluating indicators of quality in gynecological care can systematically reduce risky events in the nursing process, improve relevant quality-sensitive indicators, and help patients to alleviate their bad feelings.
