Study on the Effect of Exercise Therapy on Anxiety,Depression and Immune Function in Patients with Dry Syndrome
Objective:To investigate the effects of exercise therapy on anxiety, depression and immune function in patients with dry syndrome.Methods:102 cases of patients with dry syndrome admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into the study group and the control group according to the difference in treatment programs, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was given routine intervention in rheumatology, and the study group was given exercise therapy and routine intervention in rheumatology. The Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)scale was used to assess the anxiety and depression of the patients, the immune function of the two groups was evaluated before and after 3 months of treatment, and the occurrence of complications during the treatment period was compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment,HADS scores were all lower than before treatment, and the study group was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.156,P<0.05).After treatment,CD3+ and CD4+ were elevated in both groups, and the CD3+ and CD4+ cell scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.123,6.074;P<0.05).The total complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.320,P<0.05).Conclusion:Exercise therapy applied to patients with dry syndrome can effectively improve their anxiety and depression, improve their immune function, and reduce their complication rate.
