Exploration of the Effectiveness and Safety of Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy Combined with Extracorporeal Physical Vibration Lithotripsy in the Treatment of Patients with Ureteral Stones
Objective:To observe the effectiveness and safety of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy combined with extracorporeal physical vibration lithotripsy in the treatment of patients with ureteral stones.Methods:88 patients with ureteral stones admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into the conventional group(44 patients)and the study group(44 patients)with the random number table method.Patients in the conventional group were given natural stone removal, and the research group was treated with extracorporeal physical vibration stone removal. The treatment effect, lithotripsy effect, incidence of adverse reactions and expression of renal function,β2-microglobulin(β2-MG),serum cystatin C(Cys-C),and urinary microalbumin(mAlb)levels before and after treatment were observed in the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of patients in the study group was higher than that of the conventional group, and the average time of stone expulsion was significantly lower than that of patients in the conventional group, with statistically significant differences(χ2=4.456,3.614;P<0.05).The rate of stone expulsion on the same day and the rate of stone expulsion in 2 weeks were higher in the study group than in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=10.313,9.140;P<0.05).After treatment,Scr and BUN of the study group were significantly lower than those of patients in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.218,10.561;P<0.05).After treatment, the β2-MG,Cys-C,and mAlb levels of patients in the study group were significantly lower than those of patients in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.663,5.685,7.432;P<0.05).The difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(χ2=0.301,P>0.05).Conclusion:Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy combined with extracorporeal physical vibration lithotripsy for the treatment of ureteral stones can effectively improve the efficacy of patient treatment, promote the patient's stone discharge, improve the patient's renal function and do not increase the incidence of adverse reactions, with good efficacy and safety.
