冠脉CT成像技术在冠心病诊断中的应用效果分析

目的:分析冠脉CT成像技术在冠心病诊断中的应用方式及效果.方法:选取2020年1月—2021年12月郑州市第三人民医院收治的62例疑似冠心病患者作为研究对象,对所有患者均行冠脉CT成像和冠脉造影诊断.统计两种诊断方式的诊断结果,以冠脉造影诊断结果为金标准,评价冠脉CT成像的诊断价值.结果:冠脉造影共检出病变血管78支,非病变血管141支;冠脉CT成像检出病变血管73支,非病变血管146支.以冠脉造影诊断为金标准,冠脉CT成像技术的诊断准确率为97.72%.冠脉CT成像技术与冠脉造影检出斑块性质情况比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.336、1.652、1.134,P>0.05).结论:临床上对冠心病患者实施冠脉CT成像技术诊断,不会对患者的机体造成任何形式的损伤,并且诊断准确率较高,能够为临床诊断及治疗提供可靠的指导依据.
Analysis of the Application Effect of Coronary CT Imaging Technology in the Diagnosis of Coronary Heart Disease
Objective:To analyze the application mode and effect of coronary CT imaging technology in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods:62 patients with suspected coronary artery disease admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and coronary CT imaging and coronary angiography were performed to diagnose all patients.The diagnostic results of the two diagnostic modalities were counted,and the diagnostic value of coronary CT imaging was evaluated using coronary angiography diagnostic results as the gold standard.Results:A total of 78 diseased and 141 non-diseased vessels were detected by coronary angiography,and 73 diseased and 146 non-diseased vessels were detected by coronary CT imaging.Using coronary angiography as the gold standard for diagnosis,the diagnostic accuracy of coronary CT imaging technology was 97.72%.There was no statistically significant difference in the nature of plaque detected by coronary CT imaging and coronary angiography(χ2=1.336,1.652,1.134;P>0.05).Conclusion:Clinical diagnosis of coronary artery CT imaging for patients with coronary artery disease will not cause any kind of damage to the patients'body,and the diagnostic accuracy is high,which can provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
