Value Analysis of Early Limb Rehabilitation Training in Rehabilitation of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage Patients with Hemiplegia
Objective:To explore the effect of early limb rehabilitation training on the rehabilitation of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients with hemiplegia.Methods:60 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and hemiplegia admitted to the hospital from September 2021 to December 2022 were selected to cooperate with the study and divided into 2 groups with 30 cases in each group according to random number table method. The control group received traditional intervention, and the observation group received early physical rehabilitation training.Neurological impairment score,Barthel index,FMA score and nursing satisfaction score were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results:After intervention, the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.183,P<0.05).After intervention,Barthel index(68.65±5.35)and FMA score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=12.236,11.919;P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group, including nursing attitude, nursing safety, nursing skills, nursing level were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.023,12.958,9.522,10.693;P<0.05).Conclusion:Early Limb rehabilitation training can improve the limb function and daily life ability of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients with hemiplegia, promote patients'neurological function impairment, and improve patients'satisfaction of nursing service.
