Effect of Emergency Care Based on Zero-defect Theory on Prognostic Outcomes of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction
Objective:To observe the effect of emergency care guided by zero-defect theory on improving the prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:107 cases of AMI patients admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into observation group(54 cases)and control group(53 cases)by lottery method. The control group was given conventional emergency nursing intervention, and the observation group implemented emergency nursing based on zero-defect theory. The rescue situation of patients in the two groups was compared, and a nursing care satisfaction survey was conducted. The patients in both groups were discharged from the hospital for a short-term follow-up period of 6 months, and the occurrence of adverse events and quality of life during the follow-up period were compared. Results:Under different care modes, the observation group's time from reception to admission, time for condition assessment, time for resuscitation, time for transfer to the general ward, and time for hospitalization were lower than those of the control group, and the resuscitation success rate was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=31.150,70.189,25.429,244.938,22.243,P<0.05;χ2=4.394,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=40.608,P<0.05).During the follow-up period, the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.753,P<0.05),and the scores of the dimensions of the Quality of Survival Measurement Scale Brief Form(WHOQOL-BREF)were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=59.534,37.003,54.708,50.346;P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of emergency care based on zero-defect theory for AMI patients can significantly optimize their resuscitation effect, which is of positive significance in improving the resuscitation success rate and nursing satisfaction rate, reducing the risk of adverse events, and improving the quality of life and prognosis of AMI patients.
