The study provides an overview of the nursing experience of one patient treated with chimeric antigen receptor T-cell immunotherapy(CAR-T).Nursing key points are as follows:successful collection of CAR-T cells,clear lymphatic chemotherapy to reduce chemotherapy side effects,smooth infusion of CAR-T cells,prevention of infection by hematopoiesis after CAR-T cell infusion,observation of cytokine release syndrome,observation and nursing care of neurotoxicity,observation and nursing care of intestinal perforation,psychological nursing care,nutritional guidance,discharge mission and continuity of care,and so on.After careful care,the patient's CAR-T cells expanded normally,and follow-up PET/CT after 30 d showed that the tumor had completely resolved.The patient had no adverse reactions in the late follow-up.
