个性化营养干预对妊娠期糖尿病高危患者的应用

摘要
目的:分析孕早期个性化营养运动干预对妊娠期糖尿病高危人群的干预效果.方法:选取2018年3月—2019年3月信阳市中医院收取的60例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例.对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者应用个性化营养运动干预.比较两组患者护理前后血糖变化、护理满意度、认知能力和生活质量.结果:护理后,观察组患者血糖变化优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.539、5.620,P＜0.05);对照组患者满意度低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.254,P＜0.05);对照组患者生活质量评分低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(t=35.619、35.610、34.432、30.915,P＜0.05)结论:对妊娠期糖尿病患者采取个性化营养干预,在改善患者血糖变化的同时,还可以提高患者的满意度及生活质量.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of personalized nutrition exercise intervention in early pregnancy on high risk of gestational diabetes.Methods:60 cases of gestational diabetes were collected from Xinyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March,2018 to March,2019 as the research subjects,with 30 cases in each group.Control group received routine nursing,and observation group received personalized nutrition exercise intervention.Blood glucose changes,nursing satisfaction,cognitive ability,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the blood glucose in the observation group was better than that of the control group(t=6.539,5.620;P＜0.05).The satisfaction of control group was lower than that of observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.254,P＜0.05).The quality of life score of control group was lower than that of observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=35.619,35.610,34.432,30.915;P＜0.05).Conclusion:Personalized nutritional intervention for patients with gestational diabetes can not only improve the change of patients'blood sugar,but also improve patients'satisfaction and quality of life.
