Comparison of the Application Effect of Tracheal Intubation Positive Pressure Ventilation and Resuscitation Sac Mask Positive Pressure Ventilation in the Resuscitation of Neonatal Asphyxia
Objective:To compare the application effect of tracheal intubation positive pressure ventilation and resuscitation sac mask positive pressure ventilation in neonatal asphyxia resuscitation, and to provide data reference for clinical selection. Methods:Clinical data of 62 neonates with asphyxia treated in Ruzhou First People's Hospital from September 2017 to August 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different ventilation methods used in resuscitation, they were divided into tracheal intubation group(n=32)and resuscitation capsule mask group(n=30).Tracheal intubation group received tracheal intubation positive pressure ventilation, and resuscitation capsule mask group received resuscitation sac mask positive pressure ventilation. The ventilation onset time, resuscitation time, asphyxia(Apgar score),blood gas indexes before and after 5 minutes of resuscitation treatment, incidence of adverse reactions and incidence of adverse outcomes were compared between tracheal intubation group and resuscitation capsule mask group. Results:The ventilation onset time and resuscitation time in tracheal intubation group were shorter than those in resuscitation capsule mask group(t=7.145,7.455;P<0.05).After 5 minutes of resuscitation treatment, the Apgar score, partial pressure of oxygen in artery PaO2 and SpO2 in the tracheal intubation group were higher than those in the resuscitation capsule mask group, and the PaCO2 was lower than that in the resuscitation capsule mask group(t=3.688,5.177,8.092,4.513;P<0.05).There is no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions and adverse outcomes between the tracheal intubation group and resuscitation capsule mask group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tracheal intubation positive pressure ventilation and resuscitation sac mask positive pressure ventilation are both safe and effective resuscitation methods for neonatal asphyxia, and the outcome of the children is good. However, compared with resuscitation sac mask positive pressure ventilation, tracheal intubation positive pressure ventilation can effectively accelerate the effect of ventilation, promote the rapid recovery of children, and promote the rapid recovery of arterial blood gas indexes. The recovery effect is more significant.
