Analysis of Helicobacter Pylori Infection Among In-service Cadres in Jinjiang City
Objective:To analyze the detection rate of Helicobacter pylori(HP)infection and its related factors among in-service cadres in Jinjiang City, and provide scientific basis for prevention and treatment.Methods:In-service cadres who received health examination at Jinjiang Hospital Health Management Center were selected as the research subjects. The urea breath test(UBT)was used to detect HP infection. The patients'age, gender and comorbidities were collected, and the positive detection rate was statistically analyzed.Multiple logistic regression model was used to analyze the related influencing factors of the detection rate of HP infection. Results:The positive detection rate of HP infection among in-service cadres in Jinjiang City was 44.72%,with a decreasing trend in the overall detection rate over the two years(47.99%in 2019 and 41.97%in 2020).The HP-positive individuals were mainly distributed in the age group of 30~39 years old.The proportion of comorbidities, such as hypertension, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia, and hyperuricemia, was higher among HP-positive individuals, with statistically significant differences(χ2=258.236,126.679,102.230,150.577;P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of HP infection among in-service cadres in Jinjiang City is closely related to age and comorbidities(hypertension, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia and hyperuricemia).Early screening for high-risk populations, professional health guidance, and individualized treatment plans should be provided to reduce the incidence of HP infection and related diseases.
