Application Effect of Cognitive Behavior Group Psychological Nursing Intervention on Assisted Reproductive Tech-nology Treatment in Infertile Patients
Objective:To study and analyze the effect of cognitive-behavioral group psychological nursing on the implementation of assisted reproductive technology in infertile patients. Methods:From March 2015 to March 2021,85 cases of infertility treated by assisted reproductive technology in the hospital were selected. The selected patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the time of admission. The observation group received cognitive-behavioral group psychological nursing, while the control group received routine nursing. Before and after nursing, the patients in the two groups were investigated with self-anxiety scale(SAS),self-depression scale(SDS),and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI).Their satisfaction was observed and compared. Results:After intervention, the patients with moderate and severe anxiety and moderate and severe depression decreased in both groups, and the number of patients with mild anxiety, normal and mild depression in the observation group was more than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=40.467,40.368,4.248,6.046;P<0.05).After nursing,PSQI daytime dysfunction, sleep status, subjective sleep quality scores and total scores of patients in both groups were decreased compared with those before nursing, and all scores in the observation group were lower, the difference was statistically significant(t=6.583,6.064,5.659,8.123;P<0.05).After intervention, the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.258,P<0.05).Conclusion:Cognitive-behavioral group psychological nursing can effectively alleviate the anxiety and depression of infertile patients who choose assisted reproductive technology, and significantly improve the sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of patients.
