Effect of Psychological Intervention Combined with Comfort Care on Psychological Elasticity,Medication Adherence and Quality of Life of Patients with Cerebral Infarction
Objective:To analyze the effects of using psychological intervention combined with comfort care on psychological resilience,medication adherence and quality of life in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:74 cases of cerebral infarction patients admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the study group according to the method of random number table,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received conventional care,and the study group received psychological intervention combined with comfort care on the basis of the control group.The psychological elasticity,medication adherence and quality of life of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:After the nursing care,the scores of self-improvement,optimism,and resilience level of the patients in the study group were higher than those of the patients in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.999,3.513,3.559;P<0.05).The medication adherence of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.211,P<0.05).The quality of life scores of patients in the study group were higher than those of patients in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.286,P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological intervention combined with comfort care for patients with cerebral infarction can effectively improve their psychological state,strengthen their medical compliance behavior,and improve their quality of life.
