摘要
肝性脑病(HE)是终末期肝病常见的并发症,常与营养不良有关.充足的营养对其至关重要,饮食是其治疗方式中一个重要但未被充分利用的方面.因此,研究HE营养不良的发生机制,并重点介绍HE患者的营养需求和饮食建议,以期帮助临床医生对HE患者进行更合理的营养指导.
Abstract
Hepatic encephalopathy(HE)is a common complication of end-stage liver disease and is often associated with mal-nutrition.Adequate nutrition is crucial for it,and diet is an important but underutilized aspect of its treatment modalities.There-fore,this briefly describes the mechanisms of HE malnutrition and focuses on the nutritional requirements and dietary recommenda-tions for HE patients,with the aim of helping clinicians to provide more rational nutritional guidance for HE patients.
