The uterine incision diverticulum is a long-term complication caused by cesarean section,which is a local muscle defect of the uterine wall caused by the poor uterine incision healing after cesarean section,and the abnormal blood supply at the incision.The incision diverticulum after cesarean section will not only lead to vaginal bleeding,prolonged menstruation,and abdominal pain,etc.,but also cause infertility,ectopic pregnancy.Improper treatment may even endanger life safety.Early diagnosis and treatment is very important.The diagnostic method of uterine incision diverticulum examination includes symptom discrimination,imaging examination,and endoscopy,etc.Clinically,drugs or(and)surgical treatment can be selected according to the examination results to improve the patient's prognosis.The study reviews the diagnosis and treatment of uterine incision diverticulum,so as to provide clinical guidance.
