Prognosis of Different Strategies of Intervention in the Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction After Coronary Artery Bypass Graft
Objective:To investigate the prognosis of different strategies of interventional in the patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after coronary artery bypass graft(CABG).Methods:A total of 70 patients with AMI after CABG over one month from June 2017 to June 2020 were selected as the subjects. All the patients were divided into two groups, native coronary arteries-PCI group(n=40),bypass graft-PCI group(n=30).The baseline clinical data were collected. All the cardiovascular events ware observed in a 2-year follow-up.Results:The time after CABG was shorter in the in native coronary arteries-PCI group than in the bypass graft-PCI group, with statistically significant difference(t=2.111,P<0.05).31 patients(44.3%)had cardiovascular events in the 2-year follow-up.According to the Log-rank test the incidence of events in the native coronary arteries-PCI group was lower than that in the bypass graft-PCI group with statistically signifrcart difference(P<0.05).Cox regression analysis showed that native coronary arteries PCI could reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events at 2 years(HR=0.350,95%CI:0.167~0.733,P<0.05)compared with bypass graft PCI.Conclusion:Native coronary arteries PCI could reduce cardiovascular events, and improve prognosis compared with compared with bypass graft PCI in the patients with acute myocardial infarction after CABG.
