Study on the Application Effect and Safety of Different Concentrations of Bupivacaine in Intrathecal Anesthesia for Cesarean Delivery
Objective:To investigate the effect and safety of different concentrations of bupivacaine in intrathecal anesthesia for cesarean delivery.Methods:126 patients who were delivered by elective cesarean section in the hospital from January 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by using the method of randomized number table, with 63 cases in each group.Intravertebral anesthesia was given to both groups during the operation, the control group was given regular concentration of bupivacaine, and the observation group was given low concentration of bupivacaine. The intraoperative and postoperative analgesic effects, awakening and anesthesia-related side effects were compared between the two groups. Results:Under different drug administration regimens, there was no statistically significant difference in heart rate(HR),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),mean arterial pressure(MAP),and respiratory rate(PR)between the two groups of patients(t=1.605,0.074,0.241,0.129,1.101;P>0.05).The differences in visual analog pain(VAS)scores 1 h,3 h,5 h,and 7 h postoperatively were not statistically significant under different modes of drug administration(t=0.598,0.418,0.389,1.218;P>0.05).Under different modes of drug administration, the awakening time and Ramsay sedation score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the OAA/S was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.441,2.576,3.245;P<0.05).Under different modes of drug administration, the incidence rate of anesthesia-related side effects in the observation group was 3.17%,which was lower than 14.29%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.760,P<0.05).Conclusion:Different concentrations of bupivacaine used in intrathecal anesthesia for cesarean delivery have comparable intraoperative and postoperative analgesic effects, but lower concentrations of bupivacaine significantly improve the quality of patients'awakening compared with conventional concentrations, and are also important for reducing the risk of anesthesia-related side effects.
