Effect of Preventive Management Under the Concept of Secondary Prevention on Cardiac Rehabilitation and Antiplatelet Effect of Coronary Heart Disease After PCI
Objective To explore the effect of preventive management under the concept of secondary prevention on cardiac rehabilitation and antiplatelet effect of coronary heart disease after PCI.Methods Selecting 160 samples in February 2021 and January 2022,dividing them into control group and experimental group with random sampling method. The concept of prevention and management was used in experimental group. The differences between cardiac rehabilitation and antiplatelet effect under the two intervention methods were compared. Results After 4 months of intervention, the LVEF level of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the LVEDD level and NYHA grade were significantly lower than those of the control group, with significant differences in each index between the two groups(t=8.583,8.695,6.455;P<0.05).After 4 months of intervention, the levels of MPAR and PRU in the experimental group were which were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=8.573,8.661;P<0.05).Conclusion Preventive management of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI based on the concept of secondary prevention can effectively improve the antiplatelet effect of patients and the level of cardiac rehabilitation.
