Therapeutic Effect of Cervical Lifting Suture in Repairing Uterine Scar Diverticulum and its Influence on Prognosis
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of cervical lifting suture in the repair of uterine scar diverticulum and its influence on the prognosis of patients.Methods:108 cases of re-pregnancy patients with uterine scar diverticulum admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 54 cases in each group.Uterine scar diverticulum repair was performed in both groups during caesarean section.Conventional suture was used in the control group and cervical pull-up suture was used in the observation group.Perioperative indexes, serum inflammation levels at 3 d before and after surgery, postoperative complication rate, postoperative menstrual recovery, clinical efficacy and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results:The intraoperative and postoperative blood loss in observation group was less than that in control group(t=12.479,10.401;P<0.05).The serum levels of IL-2,IL-6 and TNF-α in 2 groups were lower than before operation 3 days after surgery, and the observation group was lower than the control group(t=6.529,8.877,8.673;P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(χ2=3.967,P<0.05).The duration, volume and duration of menstruation in the observation group were better than those in the control group(t=2.883,2.737,2.644;P<0.05).The effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(χ2=4.285,P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of observation group was lower than control group(χ2=3.967,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of cervical lifting suture in repairing uterine scar diverticulum during caesarean section can reduce perioperative blood loss and postoperative complications, improve postoperative menstruation, promote clinical efficacy, and reduce recurrence rate.
