摘要
回顾性地分析1例MRI诊断马德龙病并颈部脂肪瘤的临床相关资料,并进行相关文献的分析.马德龙病具有特征性的影像学表现,虽然影像表现不能作为诊断的金标准,但通过影像检查可在客观上为临床提供一种极佳的手术依据,对临床的诊疗活动有一定指导作用.
Abstract
One case of MRI diagnosis of Madelung disease and neck lipoma,and clinical relevant data were retrospectively ana-lyzed,and the analysis of the relevant literature was performed.Madelung disease has characteristic imaging manifestations.Al-though imaging manifestations cannot be used as the gold standard for diagnosis,it can objectively provide an excellent clinical sur-gical basis,and play a certain guiding role in clinical diagnosis and treatment activities.
