Analysis of the Efficacy and Recurrence Rate of Baofukang Suppository Combined with Azithromycin in the Treatment of Mycoplasma Cervicitis
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of Baofukang Suppository combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of patients with Mycoplasma cervicitis and its impact on recurrence rate.Methods:Patients with mycoplasma cervicitis who received treatment in the hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as samples.80 patients were collected and divided into two different groups:the study group and the conventional group.Among them,40 patients in the conventional group were treated with azithromycin.40 patients in the study group were treated with Baofukang Suppository combined with Azithromycin.Recurrence rate,vaginal discharge score(av)and colposcopy RCI score,clinical symptom score,quality of life,psychological status and comfort of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The recurrence rate of patients in the study group(5.00%)was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(22.50%),and there was a statistically significant difference between the groups(χ2=5.164,P<0.05).After treatment,av and RCI scores of vaginal discharge in the study group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,with statistically significant difference(t=43.560,27.844;P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of vaginal bleeding,increased vaginal discharge,lower back pain,and lower abdominal discomfort in the study group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,with statistically significant difference(t=18.432,22.027,17.531,18.835;P<0.05).After treatment,the physical health,social function,daily life and mental health scores of the study group were significantly higher than the conventional group,with statistically significant difference(t=17.752,36.807,32.199,47.762;P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of tension,anxiety,irritability and unease in the study group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,with statistically significant difference(t=17.996,26.046,17.816,47.812;P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of psychological comfort,physiological comfort,treatment comfort and environmental comfort in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,with statistically significant difference(t=41.684,38.375,51.222,40.697;P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with mycoplasma cervicitis,Baofukang suppository combined with Azithromycin should be used for treatment.This treatment method can improve the patient's psychological state and clinical symptoms,reduce the patients'AV and RCI scores,as well as the recurrence rate.At the same time,it improves the patient's comfort and quality of life.
