Status Quo of Self-management Ability and Related Influencing Factors in H-type Hypertension Patients
Objective:To explore the influencing factors of self-management ability in patients with type H hypertension.Methods 82 patients with type H hypertension admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected to evaluate the self-management ability of all patients.A baseline data questionnaire was designed,and the baseline data of all patients were collected in detail.The self-management ability scores of patients with type H hypertension with different data characteristics were compared to explore the influencing factors of self-management ability of patients with type H hypertension.Results The self-management ability score of 82 patients with type H hypertension was(121.43±12.69).The scores of self-management ability of patients with type H hypertension in different age,education level,family care,social support and self-efficacy were statistically different(t=4.957,5.619,3.521,P<0.05;F=33.855,26.451,P<0.05).Age,low education level,low family care,low social support and low self-efficacy were the influencing factors of self-management ability of patients with type H hypertension.Conclusion The self-management ability of patients with H-type hypertension may be related to old age,low level of education,low degree of family care,low social support and low self-efficacy.It is necessary to strengthen health education and psychological counseling of patients,provide necessary support for family members,and improve their self-management ability.
