Effects of Self-role Recognition Nursing on Personality Traits,Psychological Resilience and Quality of Life of Patients with Schizophrenia During Convalescence
Objective:To explore the effect of self-role recognition nursing on personality traits,psychological resilience and quality of life of patients with schizophrenia(SP)during convalescence.Methods:A total of 80 patients with SP during convalescence who were treated in Department of Psychiatric Disorders,Jian'an Hospital from May 2020 to Feburary 2022 were selected,and divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine psychiatric nursing,and the study group was given self-role recognition nursing intervention on the basis of routine psychiatric nursing.After three months,intervention effects of the two groups were evaluated,and the improvement of personality traits,psychological resilience and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the Inpatient Psychiatric Rehabilitation Effect Rating Scale(IPROS),Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ-RS)and Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale(SQLS)scores of both groups were lower than those before intervention(t=2.477,2.856,2.608,3.486,2.617;P<0.05).The scores of Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ-RS)subscales in two groups were lower than before intervention,and the study group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant difference(t=2.406,2.798,3.546,3.567;P<0.05).Corner-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)scores were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05).The scores of all dimensions of the Corner-Davidson toughness Scale(CD-RISC)in the two groups were higher than before intervention,and the study group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant difference(t=3.234,3.092,2.889;P<0.05).The scores of all subscales of the schizophrenia Quality of Life scale(SQLS)in the two groups were lower than before intervention,and the study group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant difference(t=2.245,2.953,2.588;P<0.05).Conclusion:Carrying out self-role recognition nursing in patients with SP during convalescence can effectively promote their personality traits,psychological resilience and quality of life,and accelerate patients'recovery.
