Observation on the Effect of Double Heart Care Applied to Acute Myocardial Infarction IABP Patients on Negative Emotions and Comfort Level
Objective:To investigate the observation of the effect of bicentric care applied to aortic balloon counterpulsation pump(IABP)patients with acute myocardial infarction on negative emotions and comfort.Methods:72 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 after IABP were selected as the most research subjects.Conventional care was given to 36 cases in the conventional group, and 36 cases in the observation group were given another bicentric care on the basis of the conventional group,The effect was evaluated after 3 months of continuous treatment in both groups. The patients'anxiety and depression were assessed using the Negative Affect Scale(PANAS scale). The patients'comfort(Kolcaba Comfort Scale)and the occurrence of complications were compared. Results:After the nursing care, the comfort scores of patients in both groups increased, and the physical,psycho-spiritual,socio-cultural and environmental scores of the observation group were higher than those of the conventional group, with statistically significant differences(t=12.099,6.118,2.864,2.278;P<0.05).After care, the PANAS of patients in the two groups was reduced compared with the preoperative period, the PANAS of the observation group was lower than that of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=16.535,P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was significantly lower than conventional group, with statistically significant difference(χ2=3.863,P<0.05).Conclusion:Acute myocardial infarction patients with IABP after IABP with the same further use of bicentric care can significantly improve the comfort level and patients'negative emotions, and the reduction of complications.
