Effect of Family Center Nursing Intervention in Pediatric Pneumonia on Patients'Lung Function
Objective:To explore the effect of family center nursing intervention in children with pneumonia on the lung function of patients.Methods:130 cases of pediatric pneumonia sampled in the hospital from March 2018 to March,2020 were used as the research objects. And they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 65 cases in each group. The former was routine nursing, and the latter was family center nursing intervention.Quality of life score, changes in various indicators, hospital stay, complication rate and mechanical ventilation time were compared. Results:The scores of the quality of life of control group were lower than those in the observation group, with statistically significant difference(t=13.961,15.502,13.784,12.161;P<0.05).The changes in various indicators of the children in the observation group were better than those in the control group after nursing intervention, with statistically significant difference(t=3.154,2.614,7.345,3.815;P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the control group was higher than that in the observation group. The hospitalization time and mechanical ventilation time of the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference(χ2=7.648;t=4.784,4.451;P<0.05).Conclusion:Family-center nursing interventions for children with pneumonia can not only improve the quality of life of the children, but also reduce the length of hospitalization and mechanical ventilation, which is beneficial to the prognosis'and enhance the application effect of lung function, which can be clinically adopted.
