Reconstruction and Application Effect of Rescue Nursing Process in Patients with Acute Severe Pancreatitis
Objective:To explore the reconstruction and application effect of rescue nursing process in patients with acute severe pancreatitis(SAP).Methods:94 SAP patients in the hospital from January 2019 to Januany 2022 were seledted as the research objects.47 SAP patients who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were set as the control group.SAP rescue and nursing process in the hospital was reorganized based on process reengineering theory from July 2020 to December 2021.A total of 47 SAP patients were selected as the research group, and the rescue efficiency and outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results:The diagnosis time, waiting time and visiting time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=12.743,9.136,7.075;P<0.05).The readmission rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(χ2=4.424,P<0.05),and the difference in mortality was not statistically significant(χ2=0.261,P>0.05).The satisfaction score of the research group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.231,P<0.05).Conclusion:Reorganizing the rescue and nursing process for SAP patients based on the theory of process reengineering can improve the SAP rescue effect, and improve the patient's treatment outcome.
