跖疣的中西医治疗研究进展及具体治疗方法举例

摘要
疣是一种由人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染引起的皮肤黏膜良性赘生物,发生于足部寻常疣称为跖疣,由于跖疣发病部位特殊,临床常表现为病程长、难治愈、易传染、易反复等特点,严重影响患者的生活质量.目前有很多治疗跖疣的方法,中医疗法及西医疗法均以外治法为主,通过查阅文献,总结了近年来跖疣的中西医治疗研究进展,并对其具体治疗方法进行举例.
Abstract
Verruca is a benign neoplasm of the skin and mucous membrane caused by human papillomavirus(HPV)infection,which occurs in common warts on the foot and becomes plantar warts.Due to the special location of the onset of plantar warts,clinical manifestations often include a long course of disease,being difficult to cure,being easy to infect,and being easy to repeat,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Currently,there are many methods for treating plantar warts,with both traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine focusing on external treatment.The literature is introduced,the research progress in the treatment of plantar warts with traditional Chinese and Western medicine in recent years is summarized,and examples of specific treatment methods are taken.
