莱宁格跨文化护理理论及国内研究应用进展

目的:对莱宁格跨文化护理理论及其在国内护理教育、护理管理和护理实践方面的研究进展进行综述,揭示莱宁格跨文化护理理论在我国的应用现状及研究进展.方法:以万方、维普和知网三大数据库为资料来源,检索2000-2021年我国跨文化护理理论研究和应用的相关文献,总结相关理论内容和研究热点,得出结论.结果:莱宁格跨文化护理理论研究得到国内护理界广泛认可,研究的内容和研究质量都在逐年提高,但研究的深度和方法仍有较大的提升空间.结论:未来研究热点集中于跨文化护理理论及其在我国的教育体系完善、护理人员文化照护能力和跨文化护理质量提高、跨文化护理评估工具的开发及本土化应用等方面.
Abstract
Objective:To provide an overview of Leininger's transcultural nursing theory and its research progress in nursing education,nursing management and nursing practice in China,and to reveal the current status of application of Leininger's transcultural nursing theory and research progress in China.Methods:The three major databases,Wanfang,VIP and CNKI,were used as sources to retrieve the relevant literature on the research and application of cross-cultural nursing theory in China from 2000 to 2021,and the relevant theoretical contents and research hotspots were summarized to draw conclusions.Results:Leininger's cross-cultural nursing theory research has been widely recognized by the domestic nursing community,both in terms of the content of the research and the quality of the research is improving year by year,but the depth and methodology of the research still needs to be improved.Conclusion:Future research hotspots focus on the improvement of the educational system of transcultural nursing in China,the improvement of nursing staff's cultural care competence and quality of transcultural nursing care,and the development and localized application of transcultural nursing assessment tools.
