Effect of Intravascular Interventional Embolization on Curative Effect and Prognosis of Patients with Subarachnoid Hemorrhage
Objective:To observe the effect of endovascular interventional embolization in the treatment of SAH caused by aneurysm rupture and its influence on the prognosis of patients.Methods:122 patients with SAH caused by aneurysm rupture admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group(61 cases, craniotomy and clipping)and the observation group(61 cases, intravascular interventional embolization). The treatment effects of the two groups were compared, and the prognosis of the patients was evaluated and compared through a short-term follow-up of 6 months after the operation. Results:After operation, the levels of high mobility group protein 1(HMGB1),monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=10.964,2.674,3.550,6.213;P<0.05).After operation,endothelin-1(ET-1),cortisol(Cor),norepinephrine(NE),heart rate and blood pressure product(RPP)were lower than those of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.920,19.258.15.277,4.007;P<0.05).The Glasgow prognostic index(GOS)and long-term quality of life assessment(KPS)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the modified Fisher scale(mFS)were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=27.995,18.279,28.224;P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse events was lower than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=6.100,P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional aneurysm clipping, intravascular interventional embolization has a better effect on SAH.It has positive significance in alleviating the inflammatory reaction of brain tissue and postoperative stress reaction, improving prognosis, and reducing the risk of postoperative complications.
