Effects of Sufentanil Combined with Propofol on Immune Function and Cognitive Function in Elderly Patients Undergoing Lower Extremity Orthopedic Surgery
Objective:To analyze the effects of Sufentanil combined with propofol on immune function and cognitive function in elderly patients with lower extremity orthopedic surgery. Methods:A retrospective analysis was made on 114 elderly patients with lower extremity orthopedic surgery admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to December 2022.All patients underwent lower extremity orthopedic surgery in the hospital.Patients were divided into sufentanil combined with propofol group, propofol group and sufentanil group according to the similarities and differences of concentration during operation, with 38 cases in each group. The mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR)and immune function indexes before and after surgery were compared among the three groups, and the anesthetic effect, cognitive function and incidence of adverse reactions during anesthesia were compared among 3 groups. Results:Postoperative MAP,HR,CD3+,CD4+in sufentanil group were lower than those in sufentanil combined with propofol group and propofol group(F=105.840,55.474,175.987,242.908;P<0.05).The duration of anesthesia in sufentanil group was shorter than that in sufentanil combined with propofol group(F=3.372,P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the time of spontaneous breathing and the start of eye opening among the three groups(F=94.309,113.829;P<0.05).The postoperative MoCA scores of the three groups were higher than those before surgery(F=64.271,P<0.05).Conclusion:The anesthetic effect of Sufentanil combined with propofol in elderly patients with lower extremity orthopedic surgery is good.It is conducive to reducing the immune response of lung cancer patients, and improving the cognitive function of patients.
