Objective:To compare and analyze the value of cranial computed tomography angiography(CTA)and magnetic resonance angiography(DSA)in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms.Methods:49 patients with intracranial aneurysms who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from July 2020 to December 2022 were randomly selected.CTA and DSA were performed on all patients. The diagnostic results of the two methods were compared and the reasons for missed diagnosis were analyzed. Results:The detection rate of CTA and DSA intracranial aneurysms was 89.80%and 95.92%respectively.There was no significant difference between the two methods(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the diagnostic accuracy of intracranial aneurysms at different sites(x=0.102,0.089,0.154,0.102,0.200,0.061;P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two methods in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms of different grades(x'=0.048,0.042,0.051,0;P>0.05).The image quality of CTA was better than that of DSA,but there was no significant difference in the composition ratio of image quality grades between the two examination methods(x2=2.397,1.480,0.901;P>0.05).Conclusion:Both cranial CTA and DSA have high diagnostic value in intracranial aneurysms, which can effectively reduce the rate of clinical missed diagnosis. The clinical diagnosis method can be reasonably selected according to the actual situation of patients. The combination of the two diagnostic methods has very important application value for improving the rate of disease diagnosis.
