Objective:To investigate the hope level and related risk factors in COPD patients.Methods:72 patients with COPD admitted to Pingxiang Second People's Hospital from February 2019 to December 2021 were selected.The hope level of patients was assessed by Herth Hope Scale(HHI),and baseline data of patients were collected.HHI scores of COPD patients with different data characteristics were compared,and the hope level and risk factors of COPD patients were analyzed.Results:The hope level of 72 patients with COPD was medium level,and the average score of HHI was(31.08±3.21).The HHI score of COPD patients with different family monthly income,self-management ability,coping style and social support was statistically significant((=16.516,F=169.425,(=8.687,F=47.263;all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in HHI score among COPD patients with different age,gender,education level,marital status,smoking history and drinking history(t=0.306,t=1.266,F=0.055,t=1.328,t=0.945,(=0.419;all P>0.05).Through linear regression analysis,the results showed that low to medium level of self-management ability,monthly family income<3500 yuan,low level of negative coping and social support were risk factors for moderate level of desire in COPD patients(OR=2.649,9.394,3.063,5.353;P<0.05).Conclusion Most patients with COPD show moderate hope level,which is influenced by low monthly family income,low to medium level of self-management ability,negative coping style and low social support.
