Objective:To analyze the difference of the mental health level of patients with pain in TCM clinics so as to know their clinical psychological needs,and provide empirical basis for clinical treatment and psychological care.Methods:206 patients with traditional Chinese medicine clinical pain admitted to the hospital from Jan.2020 to Jan.2021 were selected as the research objects,and the SCL-90 mental health scale was used to quantitatively evaluate the mental health factors of patients with clinical moderate and severe pain.Differences in mental health level among groups of patients with different types of pain were compared.Results:The average positive scores and total positive scores of females were lower than those of males,and the difference was significant(t=18.940,13.789;P<0.05).The anxiety factor scores of urban patients were significantly lower than those of rural patients(f=89.933,P<0.05).The positive average score and positive total score of patients without spouse were significantly higher than those of patients with spouse(t=22.922,9.501,61.520;P<0.05).Conclusion:There are differences in the mental health level of pain patients in different groups and types of TCM clinical pain.Taking adequate psychological care according to different patients plays an important role in TCM clinical practice.
