Objective To observe the improvement of general stress response and quality of recovery under the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery.Methods:Selecting 120 patients admitted to the hospital from February 2020 to August 2022,and they were divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.Routine nursing plan and nursing intervention under the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery were conducted,and the nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Results:After the pre-intervention observation group and the control group,CRP was lower in control group,with significantly difference(t=2.760,P＜0.05).The postoperative resuscitation score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at different time periods,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(x2=3.927,P＜0.05).Conclusion:Accelerated rehabilitation surgery improves the occurrence of agricultural stress response in thoracic surgery,promotes the recovery of patients after anesthesia,reduces the occurrence rates of complications,and significantly improves the quality of nursing care in the process of application.
