Objective:To explore the role of humanistic care combined with theoretical rehabilitation care in improving the quality of life of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2021,102 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis treated in the hospital were selected as the research objects.The partents were divided into expentmental group according to the odevrty of the last number of the ID number,in with 51 cases.Based on the routine nursing intervention in the control group,the humanistic care and Orem self-care theory rehabilitation nursing were given in the observation group,the quality of life,liver function and the level of disease knowledge and belief were observed and compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:After intervention,fatigue,systemic symptoms,abdominal symptoms,activity ability,emotional function and anxiety scores in observation group were higher than those in control group,with statistical significance(t=5.767,6.662,5.183,4.039,10.791,5.119;P<0.05).After the intervention,the levels of ALT,AST and TBIL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of ALB was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(t=8.457,7.202,5.008,7.921;P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of knowledge,attitude and behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(t=6.489,9.266,7.271;P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic care and Orem self-care nursing rehabilitation intervention can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis,liver function,improve the level of disease knowledge and practice,they also have important significance for patients to obtain good prognosis.
