Objective:To evaluate the effect of targeted nursing in pediatric pneumonia nursing on anxiety and depression.Methods:30 children with pediatric pneumoniain the hospital from Nov.11,2018 to Mar.1,2022 were selected,and divided into common reference group and targeted research group according to the center digital stratification way randomization.Symptom improvement score,hospitalization index,emotional status,nursing compliance,children crying and family satisfaction were observed.Results:After nursing,the improvement scores of cough,fever,dyspnea and other symptoms in the targeted study group were higher than those in the common reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.094 9,25.476 2,23.555 8;P<0.05).Hospitalization indexes,such as hospitalization time and hospitalization cost,were lower than those of the common reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.091 4,7.634 1;P<0.05).SDS and SAS scores were lower than those of the common reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.111 5,2.372 2;P<0.05).The total nursing compliance was higher than that of the common reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.615 4;P<0.05).The frequency and duration of crying were lower than those of the common reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=25.017 2,7.851 2;P<0.05).Conclusion:The emotion of children with pneumonia affects the nursing work.The implementation of targeted nursing will help to improve the emotion of children,optimize the experience of children,reduce the number of crying,and make them better cooperate with the nursing work.It is beneficial to reduce the medical cost,shorten the hospitalization time.The family members are more satisfied with the targeted nursing work.
