Objective:To explore the influence of the system of responsibility and midwifery combined with position management on maternal self-efficacy and delivery quality. Methods:A total of 86 cases of pregnant women who gave birth naturally in the hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the study subjects.Pregnant women admitted to the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were used as the control group(n=43).Control group received routine intervention, and observation group implemented responsibility midwifery mode combined with position management on the basis of the control group. The maternal self-efficacy,duration of each labor, and the quality of delivery of the two groups were observed and compared. Results:After the intervention, positive attitude, pressure reduction and decision making were all higher in the observation group than in the control group, with statistically significant difference(t=6.698,9.652,8.854;P<0.05).The duration of labor in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.865,6.985,8.256,6.845;P<0.05).The total incidence of anterotomy, neonatal asphyxia, postpartum hemorrhage, and uterine inertia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(x2=6.498,P<0.05).Conclusion:The system of responsibility and midwifery management combined with position management can effectively improve the maternal self-efficacy and delivery quality, and reduce the risk of adverse solution.
