Objective:To investigate the effect of professional hierarchical nursing on treatment effect and satisfaction of emergency patients with multiple trauma. Methods:A total of 97 emergency patients with multiple trauma who were admitted to the hospital from October 2020 to August 2022 were selected, and they were divided into control group(48 cases)and observation group(49 cases)by random number table method. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received professional hierarchical nursing intervention. The diagnosis and treatment time, success rate of rescue, the incidence of adverse events, and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The clinical reception time, emergency examination time and preoperative rescue time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(t=7.549,14.120,11.888;P<0.05).The success rate of rescue in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(x2=4.153,P<0.05).The total rescue time, venous channel establishment time, and drug use time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(t=31.251,17.229,36.924;P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events showed no statistically significant difference between the groups(x2=2.845,P>0.05).The satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(x2=4.990,P<0.05).Conclusion:Professional hierarchical nursing can significantly shorten the treatment time, and improve the success rate of rescue in emergency patients with multiple trauma, with high patient satisfaction.
