CIK cells are a new type of immunoactive cells.At present,cellular immunotherapy has become a new method of tumor treatment.Especially for advanced cancer patients,there are certain advantages.Cytokine-induced killer(CIK)cells play an important role in tumor therapy,with characteristics of fast proliferation,strong tumor killing activity,broad tumor killing spectrum and non-major histocompatibility complex restriction.TCM treatment is an important method for the treatment of renal cancer,which can improve the renal function of patients with advanced renal cancer,reduce the toxic and side effects of biological inhibitors and targeted therapy,and prolong the life cycle.The recent progress of TCM combined with CIK immunotherapy in the treatment of advanced renal carcinoma is reviewed.
