Corrlation Analysis of Source of Psychological Control and Self-perceived Burden in Convalescent Patients with Cerebral Infarction
Objective:To analyze the correlation between the source of psychological control and self-perceived burden in patients with cerebral infarction(CI)during the recovery period. Methods:From May 2019 to May 2020,60 patients with CI in the convalescent stage were selected from Wugang People's Hospital and received standardized treatment. The locus of control(MHLC)and self-perceived burden(SPBS)were evaluated 1 week,1 month and 3 months after treatment. The MHLC score and SPBS score of patients at different time points were compared, and the correlation between psychological control source and self-perceived burden of patients in CI recovery period was analyzed. The influence of psychological control source on self-perceived burden of patients in CI recovery period was analyzed. Results:The SPBS score of patients at junior high school and below was higher than that of patients above junior high school(P<0.05).Compared with one week of treatment, the scores of internal control gradually increased, and the scores of other control, opportunity control,SPBS dimensions and total score gradually decreased after 1 month and 3 months of treatment(P<0.05).Bivariate Pearson linear correlation showed that the score of internal control in MHLC was negatively correlated with the score of each dimension and total score of SPBS in patients with CI recovery at 1 week after treatment(r<0,P<0.05).The scores of other-controlled and opportunity-controlled in MHLC were positively correlated with the scores of each dimension and total score of SPBS(r>0,P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that internal control, other control and opportunity control were the influencing factors of self-perceived burden in patients with CI recovery. Conclusion:The score of internal control is negatively correlated with the score of SPBS,while the score of other control and opportunity control are positively correlated with the score of SPBS.The self-perceived burden of patients is affected by the source of psychological control.
