Observation on the Efficacy of Intensity-modulated Conformal Radiotherapy in the Treatment of Recurrent Gynecological Malignancies
Objective:To study and analyze the effect of intensity-modulated conformal radiotherapy on patients with recurrent gynecological malignancies.Methods:80 patients with recurrent gynecological malignancies who were treated in the hospital from March 2018 to March 2022 were divided into two groups according to the grouping method of random number table, with 40 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with intensity-modulated radiotherapy, and the control group was treated with conventional radiotherapy. The actual effects of the two groups of patients after using different radiotherapy methods were compared, and the survival rate and mortality rate of the patients were calculated. Results:The remission rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=7.462,P<0.05).The mortality of patients in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the survival rate was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference(x2=11.762,11.762;P<0.05).Conclusion:Intensity-modulated conformal radiotherapy can reduce mortality, and improve survival rate for patients with recurrent gynecological malignancies.
