Clinical Efficacy of Single-port Suspension Laparoscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Benign Gynecological Diseases
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and analyze the value of using single-port suspension laparoscopy after surgery in the treatment of benign gynecological diseases.Methods:76 patients in the hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected for the study and divided into group A and group B according to the differences in their procedures, with 38 patients in each group.Group A underwent single-port suspension laparoscopy, and group B underwent conventional laparoscopy. The differences in each index of clinical efficacy between the two groups of patients were compared. Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of postoperative hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05).The mean time for surgery in group B was slightly shorter than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.962,P<0.05).Intraoperative bleeding, pain after 3 days, and satisfaction were better in group A than in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.012,3.798,6.258;P<0.05).Conclusion:The single-port suspension laparoscopic approach is safe and feasible. It can significantly reduce postoperative pain in patients, and has a high degree of patient acceptance.
