Analysis of Physical Health Status of Recent High School Graduates in Heilongjiang Province
Objective:To explore the physical health status of recent high school graduates in Heilongjiang Province.Methods:According to the medical examination standard of the 962 Hospital of the PLA Joint Logistic Support Force,the health examination of 949 fresh high school graduates in Heilongjiang Province in 2023 was conducted.Results:In the completion of 918 people in the medical examination,there were 30 qualified people for each position,accounting for 3.27%,qualified post restricted 678 people,accounting for 73.86%.210 people failed,accounting for 22.88%.The total pass rate was 77.12%,and the failure rate was 22.88%.The top 3 failing departments were ophthalmology,internal medicine,and surgery,and the top 4 failing items were naked eye visual acuity<4.5(4.90%),laser surgery time less than half a year(4.68%),glutamic transaminase>80 U/L(3.49%),and body mass index(BMI)failure(3.05%).The differences in age,height,weight,BMI,systolic blood pressure,heart rate,right naked eye visual acuity,and left naked eye visual acuity were statistically significant by gender(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant when comparing the BMI of different ethnic groups(P<0.05).BMI abnormalities in different ethnic groups and genders were predominantly overweight.Conclusion:Eye problems,abnormalities liver function and obesity are the main reasons affecting the number of failures.
