Objective:To observe the application effect of multi-dimensional and multi-dimensional optimization nursing in ICU septic shock invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring and nursing. Methods:A total of 80 cases of septic shock admitted to the hospital from May 2021 to June 2022 were selected as observation samples and divided into two groups according to the sequence of admission time.40 cases admitted from May 2021 to November 2021 were selected as control group, and 40 cases admitted from December 2021 to June 2022 were selected as experimental group. The group received invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring routine nursing, and the experimental group received multi-dimensional and multi-optimal nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The monitoring compliance, nursing efficiency, incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results:The anxiety score of experimental group was(49.28±2.34),which was lower than that in control group(56.65±2.51),with statistical difference(t=1 3.583,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in experimental group(5.00%)was lower than that in control group(20.00%),with statistically significant difference(x2=4.114,P<0.05).The monitoring compliance rate and nursing effective rate of experimental group were 97.50%and 100.00%respectively,which were significantly higher than of 80.00%and 85.00%control group(x2=4.507,6.486;P<0.05).The score of nursing satisfaction of experimental group was(83.02±2.51),health guidance was(81.65±3.52),service attitude was(82.68±2.95),safety management was(82.66±3.50),nursing effect was(83.22±3.14).These were all higher than control group, with statistical significant differences(t=5.438,2.402,4.509,5.687,5.566;P<0.05).Conclusion:The adoption of multi-dimensional and multi-optimal nursing to carry out ICU septic shock invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring and nursing activities can significantly improve the anxiety and monitoring compliance rate of such cases, improve the safety and effectiveness of monitoring, and promote the improvement of nursing satisfaction.
