Objective:To observe the effect of perioperative nursing based on the concept of flexible management in patients undergoing cesarean section and its influence on their overall well-being.Methods:136 patients who were delivered by cesarean section in the hospital from January 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects. After drawing lots, they were divided into intervention group and control group, with 68 cases in each group. The control group only carried out routine perioperative nursing. The intervention group received optimized perioperative nursing plan based on flexible management philosophy. The psychological status, overall well-being,and cardiac stress indicators, the occurrence of complications, recovery of body function and quality of life score of two groups after nursing were compared. Results:After nursing,SAS,SDS and GWB of intervention group were higher than control group, with statistically significant difference(t=3.789,4.322,3.707;P<0.05).HCY,MAP and HR in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference(t=2.891,3.697,13.034;P<0.05).After nursing, the time of getting out of bed for the first time, resuming exhaust, taking food for the first time and the time of hospitalization in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference(t=10.727,11.946,9.760,11.322;P<0.05).The incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(x2=5.405;P<0.05).The GQOLI-74 scores in all dimensions were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference(t=3.582,5.111,4.149,4.201,2.802;P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on the theoiy of flexible management, optimizing the perioperative nursing program for patients with cesarean section can significantly improve their psychological status and enhance their overall well-being,which is of positive significance for improving patients'cardiac stress indicators, reducing the risk of postoperative complications, promoting the recovery of body functions, and improving the quality of life.
