Objective:To observe the application effect of ADOPT mode in female infertility patients with BMI exceeding the standard.Methods:116 cases of female infertility patients with BMI exceeding the standard in the hospital from January 2021 to May 2022 were taken as the research objects. They were equally divided into two groups by the method of drawing lots.Among them,58 cases were given routine nursing care as the control group, and the remaining 58 cases were given ADOPT mode nursing care as the test group. The self-care ability, weight change, metabolism and nutritional status of the two groups of patients before and after nursing care were compared. Results:After 7,14 days and 1 months of nursing, the ESCA score of the test group was higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(t=2.347,2.621,2.694;P<0.05).After nursing, the BMI,waist hip ratio and body fat rate of the test group were lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant difference(t=5.499,5.130,5.382;P<0.05).HBA1c,TC and TG were lower than those of the control group(t=2.508,3.883,4.048;P<0.05).After nursing, there was no significant difference in ALB,PA,TRF between the test group and the control group(t=1.344,1.120,0.576;P>0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of ADOPT mode nursing for female infertility patients with overweight BMI can effectively improve their self-care ability, and can improve their weight and metabolism without affecting their nutritional status.
